Works with the billing systems you already use

These connect too, and never count as MRR:
App stores

- Google Play
Ad spend
- Google Ads
- Meta
- TikTok
Web traffic
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Bing Webmaster
Revenue imports
- Amazon Associates
- YouTube

Why Honest MRR
Numbers you can stand behind
Most analytics tools hand you a number and ask you to take it on faith. Honest MRR keeps the evidence.
A paper trail for every MRR change
MRR comes from a ledger of movements built from your provider's records. Open a movement to see what changed, the webhook event that recorded it when there is one, and the provider's current record.
One ledger for every billing source
Web, mobile and marketplace subscriptions land in one number. App-store revenue counts what reaches you after Apple's or Google's cut; payouts and ad spend stay on their own lines.
Ready for investor questions
Monthly statements you can save as a PDF, expiring share links and an opt-in public metrics page — with a tamper-evident hash chain behind the source data.
The ledger
A ledger behind every MRR figure
MRR is computed from movements — new, expansion, contraction, churn, reactivation — built from your provider's own records, so every change in the number has a row behind it.
- Annual plans amortized to a monthly amount
- Mid-cycle upgrades and downgrades handled — proration stays in cash
- Refunds reduce cash, never the run-rate
- Each currency converted at that day's rate
| Date | Customer | Event | Amount | MRR impact |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dec 14 | acme-co | new | $49.00 | +$49.00 |
| Dec 14 | northwind | refund | −$19.00 | cash only |
| Dec 13 | atlas-labs | upgrade | $120.00 | +$71.00 |

How it works
From API key to an auditable MRR
Paste your API key
The most limited key your provider offers. We use it only to read your data — we never move money or change your subscriptions.
rk_live_••••••••••••eF3kSubscriptions import automatically
Every subscription imports on its own, dated from when it started. A webhook keeps it current; without one, we resync daily.
Backfill complete — 2,431 recordsliveRead your metrics
MRR, churn, LTV and cohorts are ready when the backfill finishes. No cron jobs, no exports, no spreadsheets.
Drill into any movement
Open a movement to see what changed and, where we have them, the event and the record behind it — the audit trail shown here.
An example movement, one click from any report.
Reports
A report for every question you'll be asked
Overview, MRR, movements, churn, cohorts, customers, realized revenue, acquisition, traffic and cash flow — each on a page of its own.
Illustrative data.
For investors
Proof your investors can check
A metric is only as good as the evidence behind it. Honest MRR keeps the evidence — and gives you ways to hand it over.
Tamper-evident source data
Every billing record is committed to your organization's hash chain the moment it arrives. Editing, deleting or reordering that history breaks the chain, and verification detects it.
Monthly statements
A formal statement for each month — opening MRR, every movement, closing MRR, cash and costs — that you save as a PDF, naming the chain head behind it.
Share links, not screenshots
A link to a snapshot or the full report that expires after 7, 30 or 90 days. Aggregates only, with the chain head, so two copies can be compared.
Beyond MRR
The whole business, not just MRR
Subscriptions are the run-rate, but a real business also has ad spend, payouts, store fees, costs and investors. Each one keeps its own lane, so nothing quietly inflates your MRR.
App-store reconciliation
Apple App Store and Google Play reports, compared month by month with the store cash your app-subscription provider recorded — they never add to MRR.
Ad spend & CAC
TikTok, Meta or Google Ads, read over OAuth, or a spend CSV — for CAC, payback period and LTV:CAC.
Affiliate & creator payouts
Amazon Associates, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and OnlyFans payouts, as realized revenue on their own line.
Web traffic
Google Analytics, Search Console and Bing: sessions, search clicks and the queries people found you with.
Costs, profit & runway
Operating costs and your cash balance turn revenue into net profit, burn and months of runway.
Investor updates
A monthly update assembled live from your numbers, with your notes, ready to send or share.
Open-startup page
An opt-in public metrics page and an embeddable MRR badge. Off by default; disable it any time.
Goals & benchmarks
An MRR goal with a projected arrival date, and SaaS benchmark bands for context.
Metrics API & exports
Read-only API keys by default, CSV exports and a full export of your organization's data.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is my billing data safe?
You connect with the most limited key your provider offers — a restricted, read-only key wherever one exists — and we use it only to read your billing data: we never initiate payments or refunds, and never change your customers or subscriptions. Keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and the app never shows more than the last four characters. The details are on the security page.
Which providers do you support?
Nine subscription providers on one engine: Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, RevenueCat, Superwall, Polar, Patreon, Whop, and Qonversion — mobile, web, marketplace, and membership revenue land in one blended, auditable number. Apple App Store and Google Play reports can be connected too, to check it.
How do I know the MRR is right?
Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is every paying subscription — active or past due — amortized to a monthly amount. We keep the records your provider sends and compute MRR from a ledger of movements that syncing never edits, so every change in MRR has a movement behind it — and you can defend it to an investor. Every rule is written out on how we calculate MRR.
Can I track ad spend and non-subscription revenue too?
Yes. Connect TikTok, Meta, or Google Ads over OAuth (used only to read spend reports), or upload a spend CSV exported from Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or Microsoft Advertising, for CAC, payback period, and LTV:CAC. Import Amazon Associates and creator payout reports (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, OnlyFans) as realized revenue, add operating costs for profit and runway, and connect Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Bing for traffic. None of it ever touches your MRR — spend is a cost input, payouts have no renewal behind them, and traffic is context.
Do you handle annual plans and multiple currencies?
Yes. Annual plans are amortized to monthly, mid-cycle upgrades and downgrades are handled correctly, and everything converts to your reporting currency at each day's rate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there's a free tier and no lock-in. Export or delete your data whenever you want.
