Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro features, counted from when you sign up, with no credit card. When it ends, your organization moves to Starter unless you subscribe. Nothing is deleted: Starter keeps one billing connection syncing — the oldest, unless you pick another — and the others pause, their data still in every report, until you upgrade.
What happens above $2k MRR on Starter?
Nothing is hidden or switched off. The $2k limit is a soft one: your reports keep working, and Honest MRR shows a reminder to upgrade.
How do connections count?
Starter includes one billing connection. Pro connects every supported provider, one account each. Business allows several accounts per provider — for example two Stripe accounts for two products.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Pro and Business switch in place: an upgrade charges the prorated difference immediately, a downgrade credits the unused time. Moving to Starter takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there a refund?
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise — the full terms are in the Terms of Service.
