Integrations

Honest MRR computes monthly recurring revenue (MRR), churn, lifetime value (LTV) and cohorts from nine subscription billing providers — web, mobile, marketplace and membership revenue in one ledger. You connect each with the most limited key the provider offers, and Honest MRR uses it only to read.

Subscription billing — feeds MRR

Connect each dollar through one provider only: if the same app's store revenue flows through RevenueCat, Superwall or Qonversion, connect only one of them — and if one of them also tracks your Stripe or Paddle web subscriptions, don't connect that Stripe or Paddle account as well.

Everything around MRR — kept out of it

These sources complete the picture of the business. None of them ever changes your MRR.

App-store reports

Apple App Store · Google Play

Apple's and Google's own sales and earnings reports, compared month by month with the store cash your RevenueCat, Superwall or Qonversion connection recorded. They check the number and never add to MRR — and where that cash is incomplete (RevenueCat's API lists no subscription renewals), the comparison shows the gap.

Ad spend

Google Ads · Meta · TikTok · CSV import

Connected over OAuth and used only to read spend reports, or uploaded as a CSV export from Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or Microsoft Advertising — for customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback period and LTV:CAC.

Web traffic

Google Analytics · Google Search Console · Bing Webmaster

Sessions, organic clicks, impressions and average position, next to the revenue they turn into. Context only — never revenue.

Other income

Amazon Associates · YouTube · TikTok · Instagram · Facebook · OnlyFans

Payout reports land as realized revenue on their own line. A commission has no renewal behind it, so it never counts as MRR.

How every connected source turns into the numbers you see is written out on how we calculate MRR.
